Citeel is currently in advanced discussions with multiple development and development environment partners, including both government-affiliated institutions and privately owned companies.

These discussions are being held with large organizations directly involved in operating and maintaining large-scale national and enterprise systems, similar to national postal, digital identity, logistics, and other regulated infrastructure platforms.

The negotiations focus on structured collaboration frameworks that include:
• Formal joint development agreements
• Access to live production-level pilot environments
• Real-world validation and certification pathways
• Co-funded development through innovation and public grant programs
• Early commercial structures, such as licensing or pre-deployment commitments

Within the proposed structures, the lead institutional partner is expected to act as the primary applicant and coordinating entity for relevant public development grants. This improves eligibility, increases funding probability, and aligns the project with national and EU innovation priorities.

These partnerships are designed to secure operational environments where the system can be validated under real conditions, accelerating technical readiness and strengthening compliance positioning.

If formalized, the agreements would provide:
• Institutional grade reference implementations
• A real-world testing environment from day one
• Direct system integration into the partner’s critical infrastructure from the start of the engagement
• Accelerated certification and compliance readiness
• Shared development infrastructure and reduced capital burden
• Stronger positioning for regulated EU markets
• Increased commercial credibility ahead of expansion

The company is targeting March for the signing of initial agreements. Multiple agreements remain possible, and parallel negotiations continue.
This partner-driven execution strategy represents a core component of Citeel’s Series A positioning this year. Institutional validation, structured co-funding, and shared development pathways materially strengthen the company’s risk profile and capital efficiency going into the raise.

Further updates will follow as negotiations progress toward execution.
