Citeel Accelerates Global Expansion with Strategic Initiatives in Middle East, Asia, and U.S.

We are entering a critical phase in our international growth journey with three major developments: a strategic tour of the Middle East, high-level meetings held this week in Shanghai, and a planned visit to the United States aimed at unlocking long-term infrastructure partnerships.
Middle East Strategic Visit: Expanding Regional Presence and Partnerships
From June 30 to July 10, 2025, our core team will be conducting an intensive multi-city tour through Riyadh, Jeddah, and Bahrain. This visit is part of a broader initiative to build long-term partnerships, evaluate new regional deployment opportunities, and strengthen our strategic footprint across the Gulf region.
Throughout the visit, we will meet with government officials, investment funds, infrastructure providers, and potential technology partners. Discussions will focus on the co-development of digital infrastructure systems, sustainability-driven deployment models, and the possibility of forming joint ventures to localize operations and scale projects regionally.
A major point of discussion will be the potential establishment of a dedicated Middle East branch, supported by a local operations team to ensure long-term regional continuity. This would serve not only as a base for execution but also as a platform for developing tailored, region-specific solutions.
We are also finalizing the onboarding of a senior regional advisor, who brings substantial experience in public-private partnerships and Gulf-based investment strategy. Their involvement will strengthen our ability to act locally while scaling globally, which is a key factor as we move into this next phase of engagement.
WBBA Advisory Role and Strategic Meetings in Shanghai
In parallel, we are pleased to announce that Boris Koprivnikar, one of our senior advisors, has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the World Broadband Association (WBBA). This global industry body connects leading voices in digital infrastructure, broadband, and next-generation connectivity.
Following this appointment, Boris traveled to Shanghai this week to participate in strategic dialogues with other WBBA members and to represent our organization in high-level meetings with major global technology firms. These meetings were aligned with our active initiatives in secure infrastructure and scalable system deployment, with a particular focus on collaborative models.
The outcomes of these engagements are already shaping potential new partnerships. We look forward to announcing formal developments as agreements are finalized. Boris’s role on the WBBA board will also provide long-term value as we continue aligning with global standards and infrastructure trends.
Outlook Toward the United States: Preparing for High-Impact Collaboration
Building on both our Middle East outreach and Asian engagements, we are currently preparing a dedicated visit to the United States, where multiple joint venture and investment discussions are already underway. This upcoming visit will be directly shaped by the outcomes of our Middle East meetings, especially those relating to project financing, regional partnership support, and technology alignment.
Over the past months, the U.S. has emerged as a critical growth market for our infrastructure strategy. We are already in talks with several U.S.-based parties regarding joint venture structures, adaptive reuse of legacy buildings for digital infrastructure, and the co-development of pilot facilities. These discussions have the potential to form the foundation for a network of modular infrastructure hubs across key regions.
Our planned U.S. tour will include meetings in multiple states, with a focus on securing operational locations, aligning with local regulatory frameworks, and deepening investor relationships. However, the structure and scope of this visit will be finalized only after our Gulf tour, based on the level of support and co-investment confirmed during our Middle East engagements.
These efforts reflect our commitment to building with purpose across borders and to anchoring every step of our global strategy in long-term partnerships, shared innovation, and responsible development. More updates will follow as we finalize these milestones in the weeks ahead.
